Pre-launch website terms — version dated 14 July 2026.

1. Promoter

Brice Life is a trading name used by DUDU RECRUITMENT LIMITED, company number 14442406. Contact: renatogeorgianm@gmail.com. The postal correspondence address for Brice Life is 99 Muncaster Gardens, Northampton, NN4 0XR.

2. Pre-launch status

The website is currently a preview. No competition is accepting entries, payments or postal applications. A visible draft does not constitute an offer to participate. Opening, closing and draw dates will be published before any competition is activated.

3. Public competition previews

The website currently shows two draft previews. Neither competition is open for entries.

Photography voucher

The current public draft is a free online competition for a transferable professional photography session voucher. The proposed session choices are Trash the Dress, Save the Date, Family or Couple. The supplier, service area, session duration, included photographs, booking period, availability, voucher value and all other prize conditions must be confirmed and published before entries open.

£300 cash launch draw

The proposed cash competition has one £300 prize, a £1 paid-entry price and a maximum of 600 combined paid, promotional and valid free postal entries. Its opening time, closing time and draw date have not been published. Paid and free postal routes will remain closed until the competition-specific terms, prize funding and schedule have been formally approved.

4. Proposed free entry route

When activated, the photography voucher competition is intended to allow one free online entry per eligible verified account. It will not require a card, bank transfer, purchase or postal entry. Registration, email verification and the competition-specific eligibility declaration will be required. Attempting to create multiple accounts or supplying inaccurate information may invalidate entries.

5. Eligibility

Unless the final competition-specific terms state a narrower lawful eligibility rule, entry will be restricted to people aged 18 or over who are normally resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with administering the competition will not be eligible. Final eligibility rules will be published before activation.

6. Ticket numbers and draw

Every accepted entry will receive a unique competition number. The winner will be selected only from eligible active entries using the recorded cryptographically secure process described on the Draw Process page. A live draw may show a broadcast-safe eligibility snapshot containing ticket numbers and limited display names (normally first name and surname initial), but never participant contact, payment or order-value information. The advertised draw date and complete winner-contact and prize-claim procedure will be published before entries open.

7. Prize award

The voucher may be used by the verified winner or transferred to another person, subject to the final supplier and booking conditions. No payment will be required to claim the prize. The Promoter will not activate the competition until it has written confirmation of the prize, supplier obligations and fulfilment arrangements.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Automated registrations, interference with the website, attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, impersonation and fraudulent activity are prohibited. Security controls may temporarily restrict access while activity is reviewed.

9. Personal information

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Draw and entry records may be retained where reasonably necessary for administration, security, audit, legal obligations and complaints.

10. Final competition terms

These pre-launch website terms do not replace the final photography voucher competition terms. Before activation, Brice Life will publish the complete prize specification, opening and closing times, draw date, eligibility, entry process, winner verification, claim deadline, fulfilment details and any supplier restrictions. No material term will be changed after entries open except where lawfully necessary, with a clear notice to entrants.
