Who controls your information

DUDU RECRUITMENT LIMITED, company number 14442406, registered office 95 Granary Road, Northampton, NN4 0XB, is the controller of personal data used by Brice Life. Privacy requests may be sent to renatogeorgianm@gmail.com.

What we collect

We may collect your name, date of birth, residential address, email, telephone number, order and entry numbers, entry route, payment-matching information, eligibility evidence, monthly limits, pause or suspension choices, account-protection interventions, correspondence and complaints, winner and prize-payment records, website technical logs and marketing preferences. We do not ask you to send full bank-card credentials.

Why we use it

We use information to take steps requested by entrants and administer the draw; fulfil our contractual commitments under the Terms; verify payments, age and eligibility; enforce customer-set limits and participation blocks; identify and respond proportionately to possible harm; prevent fraud or misuse; keep an auditable draw record; handle complaints; contact and pay winners; comply with tax, accounting, advertising and other legal obligations; and pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Launch-list marketing requires email confirmation. You may unsubscribe or object at any time.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared only as necessary with hosting, email, professional-advice, banking and technical-service providers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or parties involved in a business reorganisation. During a public draw, a broadcast-safe eligibility list may display an entry number with the participant’s first name and surname initial so viewers can verify the selected entry; it does not display contact, payment or order-value information. Winner details may be disclosed as described in the Terms. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we will use an applicable lawful safeguard.

Retention and security

Unsuccessful entry and routine administration records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the draw. Financial, prize and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where required. Information may be kept longer for an active dispute or legal requirement. We use access restrictions and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is used. Some information must still be retained to administer an existing entry or meet legal duties. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The entry page uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect form submissions. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are added, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.
